  1. Definitions
      Handyman
    : Refers to the My Construction Resource provider (Company).
      Client
    : Refers to the individual or entity receiving the My Construction Resource services.
  2. Scope of Services
    The Company agrees to provide the following services:

  3. Pricing and Payment

  4. Scheduling and Delays

    Responsibilities of both parties:
    • Company:
      - Provide skilled labor.
      - Follow safety protocols.
      - Maintain necessary licenses.
    • Client: - Provide access to the property.
      - Clear work areas.
      - Communicate any changes promptly.
  6. Cancellation and Rescheduling
    Cancellation policy:
    - Notice period required.
    - Applicable fees.
    - Rescheduling requests and associated costs.
  7. Materials and Warranties
    Materials:
    - Specify whether the Client or Company provides materials.

    Warranties:
    - Address warranties on labor and materials (if applicable).
  8. Liability and Insurance
    Liability for damages or injuries during the project.
    Recommend that Clients maintain appropriate insurance coverage.
  9. Dispute Resolution
    Process for resolving disputes:

  10. Governing Law
    The laws of the state or country that govern this Agreement.
